1.0 Patch & Game Setup

  • 1.1. You must use Panzer General II 1.02 patch to play all matches. Clayballs & Staff are available at BOOT CAMP on the Club Forum for assistance.
  • 1.1.1 New Recruits need to play a sample turn before any matches are started. Contact Clayballs.
  • 1.1.2 New Recruits are required to play a starter game either with Clayballs or Panzer 'G' before any other member is played. This is to insure EVERYTHING is okay with your game and to introduce you to a senior club member. This also insures that you play with an established system to give you the BEST experience with the FFWC.
  • 1.2.0 Other Game Setups
  • 1.2.1 Club APPROVED Soundup, Dataup files etc. are located at the EQUIPMENT download page. These files are updated at the beginning of each new calendar year.
  • 1.2.2 Both players must confirm Efiles used and any other modification to the game prior to playing. Such as the 2000 Pg2UK102E patch.
  • 1.2.3 One player per nickname. You can't sign up twice and play as two different players.

    2.0 Cheating
  • 2.1. Suspect file(s) must be sent to Security for analysis.
  • 2.1.1 Include your password.
  • 2.1.2 Include game Registration Number.
  • 2.1.3 Include description of problem relating to why you sent the file.
  • 2.1.4. Opponents name.
  • 2.2 NO Cracking files or Editing files.
  • 2.3 NO Replaying files to get better results.
  • 2.3.1 Replaying your opening move to get better results/leaders will crash the replay and is considered to be a serious infraction. If you want to practice your opening move USE the SCENARIO button and not the PBEM button.
  • 2.3.2 Once you start a turn to send to your opponent, stick with whatever you get and play the game through to the end.
  • 2.3.4 NO Canceling moves regardless of reason.
  • 2.3.5 NO Using STOCK turns! Stock turns are not fresh turns but saved turns.
  • 2.3.6 Members suspected of breaking any of the rules may be dismissed from the club after an investigation by Security.
  • 2.3.7 Suspected Members may be removed from the CLUB without solid evidence of cheating but through extensive analysis of turns send in and reviewed by our Security Team.
  • 2.3.8 Penalties incurred for breaking Club's Regulations are at the discretion of the Security team.

    3.0 Replay
  • 3.1 Replay function must work properly for any move to be acceptable.
  • 3.1.1 Ensure your computer is correctly configured.
  • 3.1.1.1 The sound must be on in your game. Failure to have it on will cause problems with the replay. If you want to mute the sound, turn off your speakers! This will affect your membership with the club and you may not receive a warning. This causes an unfair advantage!
  • 3.1.2 Ensure your software is correctly configured.
  • 3.1.3 Ensure your Equipment File and version number are the same.
  • 3.1.3.1 1. If a crashed replay is sent in to security and has been determined that it's the wrong EFILE, then a -20 point penalty and a loss will be imposed on the player that failed to manage his efiles and forfeit the game. The Winner will receive 20 points and a TV. NOTE: THE SSI FRILLS EFILE is to be considered as a separate EFILE.
  • 3.2 A crashed replay may be an indicator of a replayed move whether or not a replayed move took place. This may be caused by software bugs known to Staff
  • 3.2.1 Don't accuse someone directly. Get the turn checked out first by Security and let them handle the situation.
  • 3.2.2 Reloads due to replay crashes must be reported to your opponent especially if units have already been moved. Failing to do this, and should such a turn be sent to security for investigation will be treated as a CHEAT and may cost you your membership.
  • 3.2.3 Staff may request a turn(s) for review at anytime from any member.

  • 4.3 If a MEMBER consistently causes games to go unfinished then his membership may be revoked.
  • 4.3.1 Players who do not complete one game every four (4) months may be considered MIA and may be removed from the club.
  • 4.3.2 Players are expected to finish games within four (4) months of the start date to receive points. IF IT ISN'T POSTED ON THE REGISTRY THEN NO POINTS WILL BE AWARDED.
  • 4.3.2.1 ALL GAMES that timeout after FOUR (4) months will receive the following penalties. Each player shall receive ONE (1) Loss and -10 points on the Parade Square for not reporting the game prior to the deadline.

  • 4.5.2 A "TV" is awarded to the DEFENDER on the last turn without the ATTACKER taking the last victory (YELLOW) or Victory Supply (YELLOW/GREEN) hex as required by the game. This counts as a "TV" for the DEFENDER.
  • 4.5.3 All other BV or V or TV's apply as normal.
  • 4.6 Playing online will count on the ladder "ONLY" if players are FFWC Members and both send in REPORTS and note that the game was played online.

    5.0 Disputes
  • 5.1 Players should attempt to resolve dispute between themselves or report to matter to Security.
  • 5.2 Unsociable activities will not be TOLERATED.
  • 5.2.1 Hold a city with "any ship" (ex: Viipuri).
  • 5.2.1.1 Because of a PG2 bug it is illegal to unmount a Sea or Air transport as your 1st move per turn. Penalty will be the usual warning for 1st violation with opponent having choice of restarting scenario, taking a TV, or to just keep playing. 2nd warning can result in removal from club. If caught mounting and dismounting same unit turn after turn (Eg. turns 1,2,3, etc) on opening move than loss of game plus 100 point reduction in ladder with possible removal from club. Opening move and opening turn are not the same.
