SETTING UP BATCH FILES
These Batch files will change your PG2 equipment files automatically.
You will be able to change from SSI to FFWC2004 at the touch of a button so to speak.
Each equipment file requires these 3 files: Equip97.eqp, Equip97.txt, and GUI97.TXT.
It is important that you copy the 2 scripts EXACTLY.
Check the name of your equipment files in your PG2 folder which should be “Original” and “FFWC2004”.
You may have named them differently or used capital letters, if so, rename them as above without the underline or apostrophes.
1. Open up your PG2 folder, right click in an empty space, from the menu select “new” and “folder”
2. Name this “new folder” BATCH FILES.
3. Open “Notepad”
4. Copy and paste, or type the following script: This must be exactly as shown.
5. Click on “file” click on “save as” and save as SSI.bat
6. Put this SSI.bat file into your new folder called BATCH FILES.
If you have a Spy checker installed, at some stage it will alert you that an unknown script file is attempting to run and requires your approval, click “allow”. These programmes are there to stop anyone placing script files on your computer from the Internet. As it is you yourself who has created these script files it is safe for you to “allow” them to be used.
