1. Go to the c:/panzer2/save folder where you will find a file “Zit_clay_john_01b.eml”.
2. Zip up “Zit_clay_john_01b” the turn you are sending back to your Drill Instructor by RIGHT CLICKING the file and select ADD TO:. “Zit_cl_john_01b” from the pop up menu.
3. You should now have a zipped file named “Zit_clay_john_01b.zip” in your c:/panzer2/save folder.
4. OPEN the email received from your Drill Instructor and write your reply.
5. On the toolbar of your email you will see a button that looks like a paper clip.
6. This is the Attach Button. Click it.
7. The computer will ask you where the file is that you want to attach. Guide the computer to c:/panzer2/save. There you will find your zipped turn “Zit_clay_john_01b.zip” Highlight this file and then click on “Attach”. This will attach the turn to your email.
8. Send the email.
9.IMPORTANT*** DELETE the “eml” file from your “SAVE” folder and transfer the “Zipped” file as shown in File Management.
