Tournament Rules

=Mirrored games. Ties decided by fewest turns to win and if still tied then decided by most units left in the lost game. (players are reminded to keep all turns until the tournament is over)

Match ups will be drawn at random.

Scenarios are standard SSI scenarios to be played using club settings.

Round two starts January 1st!

Players must commit to averaging one turn per 48 hours. (
IE a player has 48 hours from when he receives a turn to send a reply)

A one time suspension of this rule will be allowed if a player cannot play a turn for reasons beyond their control.

Notification must be made to their opponent and to the tournament director.

Forfeit results in the game being declared a TV for the
other player  If a player informs me that his opponent has not replied
within the 48 hour period, I will contact the miscreant and find out if the
second player attempted to respond, but there was an e-mail problem or such.
(I know some ISPs block hotmail e-mails with attachments.) Generally
speaking, however, the time is firm, and players should contact their
opponents first rather than me if there is a lull, and do it sooner rather
than later.

The question of whether to play simultaneous mirrors is up to the players
involved in the match. (default is one game at a time if players cannot agree)

Results need to be submitted to ME as well as via the FFWC scoring
mechanism. (All games count on parade square) I need to know who won, and result (BV, V, or TV, etc) of both games.

Feel free to post on the tournament forum how things are
going and how far along things are (trash talking
allowed).

All club rules apply!
